Our Adult Sunday Bible School is a place for serious, joyful engagement with God's Word from a distinctly Lutheran perspective.  We study Scripture as the living, authoritative voice of God, always centered on Christ and interpreted through the rhythm of Law and Gospel.  Every class draws on the Lutheran Confessions -- especially the Catechisms and the Augsburg Confession -- not as historical artifacts but as faithful guides for reading the Bible and confessing Christ today.

Because Lutheran theology is sacramental, our study continually retuns to the Means of Grace.  We explore how Baptism, the Lord's Supper, and the preached Word are not symbols but concrete ways in which Christ gives forgiveness, life, and salvation to His people.  Our conversations connect Scripture to the liturgy, showing how worship flows directly from the biblical story and shapes Christian identity.

The class is both Theological and practical.  We wrestle with how Scripture speaks into real life in La Vernia; into family, work, suffering, and the challenges of modern culture.  Participants are encouraged to ask deep questions, engage with the Church's tradition, and grow in their ability to articulate the Christian faith with clarity and confidence.
